• Participate as a team member in the Scrum development process to roll out new features in Sprint cycles.
• Work directly with Product Managers (who specify desired functionality) to best understand business and product requirements.• Work individually and with the team to program fully running and well built product features based on requirements.
• Expected work breakdown is approximately 80% new product development (including design and programming) and 20% maintenance (including production troubleshooting, bug fixing).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.• 3+ years of experience in software engineering/development preferably most of it in developing large scale web based application(s).• Experience building web-based applications for a consumer audience supporting repeat viewers, an advertising model, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).• Hands on experience building and deploying web-based applications on Microsoft platforms/technologies including ASP.NET (.NET 2.0 and above), C#, SQL Server, MS Reporting Services, and AJAX.• Must be a good team player and have a positive attitude and approach.
